First, we perform independent primary research to identify and map all of the prospects and sources from the target list. Second, we contact our personal relationships to identify candidates and referrals. Third, we call executives who buy consulting for insight and referrals. This methodology ensures we identify and build relationships with the best candidates in the market rather than just working our rolodex or qualifying by resume as candidates surface. Magellan also provides its clients with full transparency into the search program and advices on what can and cannot be realistically achieved.
