- This package also includes a free once-a-month networking meeting with other professionals going through the job search process.
- COST – $500 for an initial intake with 2 hours of face-to-face consulting time.
JOB SEARCH
For professionals who want to combine job and career focus simultaneously, with an emphasis on rapid network engagement in the next 30 days. This service will provide resumes, bios, LinkedIn profiles, a cover letter, a DISC assessment review, Airport and Elevator Pitches, and Networking basics.
- This also includes free once per once-per-month network meetings.
- COST – $2000 to set up with 2 hours of face-to-face consulting time.
CAREER PLANNING
This is the heart of our process and includes a six-step set of workbooks to clarify your career strategy, followed by detailed job tactics to engage effectively with your network. This process has you and your professional career counsellor meet for weekly one-hour sessions. We will develop your advocacy network to use for the rest of your career, train you in issues-based advocacy networking and interviewing, and conduct a full Mission, Vision, and Values analysis. Assessments will be provided to ensure the job you find aligns with the career you want. We also include integration steps for the first 100 days.
- COST – $5,000 to meet 1x/week for 3 months
